However, many students still ask an important question: How can I find which courses are eligible under the Free Education Scheme in Sarawak?

By creating an account, students can access personalised course recommendations, explore university programmes, and track their applications.

Step 2: Update Your Profile State to Sarawak

After logging in, go to the Profile section of your account.

Change the State setting to Sarawak. This step is important because it helps the system identify students who are eligible to view courses available under the Sarawak Free Tertiary Education Scheme (FTES).

Step 3: Visit the Course Page

Once your profile is updated, go to the Course Page on StudyPal.

Courses that are eligible under the Sarawak government’s free education initiative will display a special tag:

“FREE FOR SARAWAKIAN”

This tag helps students easily identify which courses qualify for free tuition under the FTES programme.

Step 4: Use the Filter to Find FTES Courses Faster

To make searching even easier, students can use the course filter function on StudyPal.

Simply select the filter option and tick “Free for Sarawakian.”

The platform will automatically show courses that are eligible under the Sarawak free education scheme, helping students quickly explore suitable programmes.

Apply Directly Through StudyPal

Once you have found a course listed under FTES, you can apply directly through the StudyPal website.

After submitting your application, one of StudyPal’s partner education consultants will contact you to guide you through the application process and provide assistance with university admission.
