Joining our Flying Club means more than just learning to fly — it's about experiencing the thrill and satisfaction of mastering a skill that few possess. Flying is not only fun and rewarding but also a time-efficient and practical way to travel. With a PPL, you’ll be licensed to fly across Malaysia and carry non-paying passengers, although commercial flying is not permitted.

Our weekend PPL program is specially designed for students, working professionals, and those with busy schedules. All flight training is conducted using our own aircraft, which are always ready for use. This entry-level course gives aviation enthusiasts the core skills needed to confidently fly a single-engine piston aircraft.

The training includes 40 hours of flight time, focusing on basic maneuvers and navigation, combined with hands-on aircraft handling. As per CAAM guidelines, the program can be completed in around 12 weeks if taken full-time.

Entry Requirement

To acquire a PPL, you have to be at least 17 years old, be able to read, write, and communicate in English on a functional level; and meet Class 2 medical requirements. You will also need theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience. You must also pass the theoretical knowledge examinations and skill test administered by a CAAM-approved Flight Training Organization (FTO) or Flying Club providing instructional flying (FC), as well as meet all regulatory licensing requirements.
