Course Overview

The Diploma in Nursing at AIMST University is a structured, student-centred programme approved by the Nursing Board of Malaysia and Ministry of Higher Education. Theoretical learning is supported with practical experience in hospital and community settings. Clinical training is conducted at Government & Private Hospitals and State Health Clinics identified by the Ministry of Health.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

SPM / SPMV / O-Level

5 Credits in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern), Science (General Science/Pure) or Biology/Chemistry/Physics, BM (for locals only), any other 2 subjects (for local students) or any other 3 subjects (for international students). Pass in English.

Other Requirements

Must be able to converse in Bahasa Melayu (for both local and international candidates). MUST NOT have any physical disabilities or impaired senses that hinder nursing dexterity.

Requirements for International Candidates

TOEFL Paper-Based Test (TOEFL PBT) minimum score of 515; TOEFL Computer Based Test (TOEFL CBT) minimum score of 215; and TOEFL Internet Based Test (TOEFL IBT) minimum score of 80.
