What You Will Study
The curriculum consists of eight core modules that introduce students to the fundamental principles of crime, the legal system, and human behavior. Students examine the social and cultural aspects of unlawful acts through modules such as Introduction to Criminology and Crime in Cultural Context. They also explore the legal and administrative framework of the justice system in Criminal Law and Justice and Social Policy. To ensure a well-rounded education, the program incorporates behavioral sciences and analytical business skills through Foundational Psychology, Business Statistics and Data-Driven Decision Making, Principles of Consumer Behaviour, and Principles of Human Resource Management.
Classroom and Assessment Style
Full-time international students complete this course via fully in-person delivery on campus. Students spend their time attending scheduled classes, participating in workshops, and conducting self-study. All lectures are recorded, giving students an accessible resource to revisit complicated topics during exam preparation. Rather than relying on a single final test, academic performance is evaluated across multiple formats. Each module uses a balanced combination of continuous assessments, written examinations, presentations, projects, or individual written assignments.
