Bachelor Of Science In Aviation Management And Piloting (Hons)

Aviation Management and Piloting at Management & Science University (MSU) will prepare you well for your future career in the world of aviation, equipping you with a solid foundation in the business management principles of the aviation industry. In your first year, you will be taught engineering physics, information technology, aircraft, aerodynamics, flight rules and air law, radio telephony, instrument and flight navigation, and aviation English, also receive your first flight training. You will be introduced to aircraft design, control systems, and Matlab programming in your second year, before taking on the CPL modules and continuing with your flight training.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

General Requirement (Syarat Umum):

i. Pass SPM with credit in 3 subjects include English, Mathematics and Science;AND

ii. Pass STPM or STAM or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.00 or Grade C in 2 subjects in STPM or with at least Jayyid in STAM;OR

iii. Pass Foundation / Foundation from MSU or Higher Education Provider recognised by the Government of Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 2.00;OR

iv. Pass Matriculation program of the Ministry of Education Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 2.00;OR

v.Pass Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 4) or Diploma of Institut Kemahiran MARA (Level 4) or Diploma of Community College (Level 4 KKM) or Diploma of Vocational Malaysia or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 2.00;OR

vi. Pass Diploma from Polytechnic/ PTPL/ MSU or any IPTA/ IPTS recognized by the Government of Malaysia with minimum CGPA of 2.00;OR

vii. Pass International Baccalaureate (IB) with at least 24 pointsOR

viii. Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in five (5) subjects;OR

ix. Minimum score of 65-70% for The South Australian Matriculation (SAM);OR

x. Minimum 80% score for the Canadian Pre-University Program (CPU);OR

xi. Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia;

 Specific Requirement (Syarat Khas):

i. Pass STPM with at least grade C in Physics and Mathematics;

ii. Credit in Mathematics and English at SPM level;

iii. Or have Diploma or Matriculation Certificate in related fields from a recognized institution;

iv. Have health report from Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) for commercial license requirements;

v. Pass Computerized Pilot Testing Aplitude Screening System (COMPASS) implemented by MSU;

vi. Pass Medical Examination by a Government-certified Doctor (FREE from color blind, asthma and physical disability - Chapter 6: International Civil Aviation Organization).
