English for Academic Purposes 2

Thinking about studying in New Zealand but need to strengthen your English skills first? Our English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programme is specifically designed to help international students succeed in their chosen academic pathways. You'll build confidence in English communication while developing key academic skills in a supportive, English-speaking environment.

At Massey University College (MUC), we offer a flexible learning structure tailored to align with your future study plans.

This programme is ideal for you if:

• You’re planning to enter university directly and already have a strong level of English—EAP2 will prepare you for academic success.
• You need more time to build language confidence—you can start with EAP1, then progress to EAP2 before beginning your university studies.

The EAP programme structure and syllabus are thoughtfully designed to provide a smooth and effective transition into university-level study. With two intakes each year, you can start your English preparation at the time that best suits your academic goals.
