Foundation in Marketing and Business Operations
Students gain a thorough introduction to how modern commerce operates in Malaysia. The program, hosted under the Perdana University Faculty of Business, Economics and Finance, starts with foundational classes in management, human resources, and microeconomics. In these modules, students study how everyday organizations plan their structures, handle personnel, and analyze basic marketplace trends.
Consumer Psychology and Strategic Communication
As the coursework moves forward, students explore why people buy specific items and how brands interact with the public. Through consumer behavior and integrated marketing communication classes, students look closely at what influences buyer decisions. They work on projects focused on designing presentations, managing business relations, and using public speaking skills to explain campaign ideas clearly.
Technical and Creative Design Tools
A major portion of the second year focuses on building digital content from scratch. Students use multimedia applications and learn graphic illustration to create promotional visuals. The classes cover basic web design and publishing, where students build practical layouts for websites and plan out social media marketing schedules. They also review cyber laws and e-commerce frameworks to make sure their creative strategies follow local advertising regulations.
Practical Workplace Experience
In their final term, students transition out of the classroom and complete a full semester of industrial training. They spend this time placed inside a corporate office or digital agency to assist with live marketing projects and online campaigns. This assignment lets students practice their web design, content creation, or copywriting skills in a professional work environment before graduation. Interested applicants can review the registration steps via the Perdana University Admissions Page.
