Turn your passion for cooking into a professional career with SEGi’s Diploma in Culinary Arts—a 2½–3‑year full-time programme designed to blend creativity, technique, and leadership in the kitchen. You'll learn foundational and advanced skills across Asian and European culinary traditions, mastering food production design, nutrition planning, and kitchen operation through both practical labs and theoretical lessons.
The curriculum is thoughtfully structured into progressive modules—starting with essential cookery, baking, and food safety, followed by classes in gastronomy, pastry arts, banquet catering, wine pairing, food costing, and more. In your final year, you'll gain real-world insight through an internship placement in accredited foodservice outlets .
This diploma also integrates management and leadership training, equipping you with skills in operations oversight, cost control, and team coordination—preparing you for roles such as chef, kitchen supervisor, caterer, or even culinary entrepreneur. Graduates typically move into kitchens of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, catering firms, or launch their own food ventures .
