Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Digital Film Production

With the broadest and most valuable applications, the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Digital Film Production program examines the artistic and professional facets of filmmaking, including short and documentary films, scriptwriting, sound design, acting, transmedia content creation, post-production, entrepreneurship, and internships.

In order to improve capability and competency in Malaysia's expanding creative economy, the program seeks to develop adaptable creative producers with expertise in audio-visual production and transmedia application across many screens. The knowledge gained from this degree will be applicable to a wide variety of traditional and innovative professional paths both inside and outside of the recently transformed media landscape brought about by digital technology.

With our cutting-edge hands-on approach to instruction, you will be fully engaged in your course of study while working with state-of-the-art facilities and technology and surrounded by award-winning instructors. To reach your maximum academic potential, you will also receive training on how to develop your communication and critical thinking abilities. After completing the program, you will have a strong portfolio of work, the best of which will be exhibited at our Public Graduation Showcase at the end of the year.

Graduates of the program will also get a degree from Lancaster University upon successful completion. They will receive two certificates, indicating that they have graduated from Lancaster University and Sunway University.
