To guarantee the resilience and functionality of these infrastructures, highly skilled networking specialists are required. Network threats are constantly growing and changing quickly. In order to properly filter harmful users, the security policies that are designed must be able to guarantee correct evaluation of internet traffic.

This curriculum will prepare graduates for a potentially profitable future in computer and networking security by equipping them with the technical skills necessary for computer hacking investigation and prevention. Global prospects exist in industries like banking or finance, big private companies, or the government that have a growing need for networking and cyber-security specialists.Through a 12-week industrial attachment, you will also learn about business and industry practices linked to computer and networking security. With a strong foundation that leads to globally recognised professional credentials granted by the EC-Council (the United States' IT Security Certification Body), graduates will transform the world of information security:

• Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Graduates of the program will also get a degree from Lancaster University upon successful completion. They will receive two certificates, indicating that they have graduated from Lancaster University and Sunway University.

During their studies, our students can earn up to two professional certificates in collaboration with EC-Council. Attending the CCNA professional exam is another option available to students.
