Bachelor Of Arabic And Communication (Hons)

Bachelor of Arabic Language and Communication is the first program offered by Faculty of Major Languages. The first intake for this program is about 27 people now have graduation. Duration of the program is for four years (8 semesters) full-time, a maximum of 12 semesters. A semester includes 14 weeks of instruction Through lectures and industrial training. To be eligible to be awarded the degree, candidates must take and pass a number of courses set at - at least 149 units of courses minimum.

The Bachelor of Arabic Language and Communication (Honours) at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) is a four-year full-time program designed to equip students with proficiency in Arabic and communication skills, preparing them for careers in media, education, and international relations.

This program offers a comprehensive curriculum that integrates Arabic language studies with communication principles. Key components include:

• Language Proficiency: Courses in Arabic grammar, literature, and linguistics to develop advanced language skills.
• Communication Studies: Modules covering media studies, public relations, and intercultural communication.
• Specialized Areas: Electives in broadcasting, technology, culture, and biotechnology to cater to diverse interests.
• Practical Experience: Industrial training and projects to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings.

Graduates are prepared for roles such as Arabic language educators, media professionals, public relations officers, and international relations specialists.
