Diploma In Mechatronics Engineering

Mechatronics is a synergetic combination of electronics, computing technologies and mechanical engineering disciplines. As industry moves towards higher level of technology integration, technologies with multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills will be in great demand. This Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering programme focuses mainly on the delivery of principles and practices that integrate disciplines in mechanical and electronics engineering, as well as computing. Students will also acquire work skills, and develop a broad understanding and knowledge of engineering industry.

This programme is aimed to prepare and produce engineering graduates with knowledge in robotic, electronics, automation, control engineering, industrial engineering, and production engineering field in order to fulfill industrial demands in the area of engineering. Those, whose expertise revolves around these, are extremely required by the existing industries.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Vokasional (SPMV) with at least 3 credits including Mathematics and 1 other Sciences/Technical/Vokasional subject;
• Passed Certificate in related field from PPT recognized by Malaysian Government with minimum CGPA 2.00;
• Passed other qualification that organized by Malaysian Government.
